Based in Newtown Square, PA, GMH Communities is a real estate company specializing in student and conventional residential housing across the country. The company owns and manages 21 properties across 13 states. As the Marketing Apprentice for GMH Communities, I utilized Canva to draft and create graphic design content for digital and print deliverables.
